For a nice, easy and comfortable holiday or long term rental, the
townhouses are equipped with everything you may need. Furniture, linen and towels, the kitchen is
loaded with cookware and utensils. You also have available in your townhouse, a
laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your privacy
and comfort.
If
you are planning to rent for a few days or for long term, we offer you
all the facilities you may need. Water, gas, electricity*, daily maid service, cable tv, high speed wireless internet, 24 hour security... everything is included in the price.
Airport pick up service is available at 35 USD for Puerto Plata (POP) or 100 USD for Santiago (STI).
Free transfers from/to airport (POP) if you rent your car with our arranged agency. Ask for more info and arrange a great car rental deal.

For Investors:
We
offer investment buyers at least a 5% return per annum on their money,
through increase in value and renting the townhouses if required. We offer them for vacation rental using multiple established tour operators and our local network for longer term rentals.
Occupancy is very high in Cabarete due to the excellent year round wind and waves. High season, resulting in high occupancy at Bali Hai Cabarete, amounts to 8 months of the year.
